Umbrella School Requirements
Yearly Requirements
- Curriculum List - The year's curriculum for each enrolled student must be received in our office for your enrollment or re-enrollment to be complete. Download, print and complete the form below.
- Testing/Evaluation - Students finishing grades 3-5-7-9-11 must complete a standardized test or an evaluation completed and copies of test results must be received in our office before the start of the 4-6-8-10-12 years for enrollment or re-enrollment to be complete. Monthly Attendance Requirements
Attendance reporting is required for all students age seven and up. Download the Elementary, Jr. High or High School attendance form by clicking the appropriate item below. Attendance is due by the 10th of the month following the month that it is reporting. Attendance Forms not received for two consecutive months from a family will result in a $50 fine.

Semester Report Cards
While enrolled in the umbrella program, we require a report card for each student at the end of each semester. |

Printed forms may be submitted at the Help Desk during Friday Enrichment classes or mailed to 2233 E. 100th PL, Thornton CO 80229.
You may also scan paper forms to PDF format and email them to Records@LightHCA.org but keep in mind that email is not private so you should carefully consider any sensitive data in the forms and use encryption technologies if necessary.

Dress Code
Our dress code is based on the biblical principles of modesty, neatness, and appropriateness. Modesty is mentioned often as an important character quality (1Timothy 2:9; 1Thessalonians 4:5, 6) always remembering that we are ambassadors for Jesus Christ.
